Baby Changing Facilities
Our Customer Toilet complex offers a multi-use baby changing room and a separate baby feeding room with en-suite parent and child toilet facilities (opposite Fabric Land). In addition, there is a mother and child toilet cubicle in the ladies toilet complex. Additional baby change facilities are available in Marks & Spencer.
Child Safe Zone
If you have children its very likely you have experienced that dreaded moment when you turn around and your child is out of sight… the Child Safe Zones scheme can help.
From 1st November 2010 Cascades Shopping Centre’s will be a part of the Child Safe Zone scheme, if you lose your child in the Centre, simply ring 08444 48 15 07, this number is also clearly displayed on the Child Safe Zones stickers or posters around the mall for direct contact with the local security team – getting help with your search quickly. This simple, effective service works for everyone and is free. Shoppers will be able to obtain colourful wristbands from a member of the Cascades Customer Service Team, all that is required is to write down your telephone number on the wristband and pop it round your child’s wrist. Disabled Toilets
There are two disabled toilets within the customer toilet complex.
Free Loan Wheelchair Service
We are pleased of offer a ‘free loan wheelchair’ service. Simply stop one of our patrolling staff or use the telephone by the lifts on the ground floor which will come straight through to the Customer Service Team. Proof of identifty is required.
Shopmobility
If you would like to use the Portsmouth Shopmobility facilities, you can visit the website at www.portsmouthshopmobility.org.uk
Disabled Parking
Disabled parking is available in Cascades multi-storey car park on levels 2, 4 and 6. Parking is chargeable on the same basis as non-disabled customers.
Parent & Child Parking
There are a number of parent and child parking spaces opposite the lifts in the car park on level 2.
Car Valet UK
Car Valet UK are now open for business on level 1 of Cascades Shopping Centre multi storey car park. Car Valet UK are one of the largest car wash and valet companies with over 50 sites throughout the UK.
