BABY CHANGING FACILITIES


• Our Customer Toilet complex offers a multi-use baby changing room and a separate baby feeding room with en-suite parent and child toilet facilities (opposite Fabric Land). In addition, there is a mother and child toilet cubicle in the ladies toilet complex. Additional baby change facilities are available in both Woolworths and Marks & Spencer.

• There are two disabled toilets within the customer toilet complex.
  

• We are pleased of offer a 'free loan wheelchair' service. Simply stop one of our patrolling staff or use the telephone by the lifts on the ground floor which will come straight through to the Customer Service Team. Proof of identifty is required.

• Disabled parking is available in Cascades multi-storey car park on levels 2, 4 and 6. Parking is chargeable on the same basis as non-disabled customers.

PARENT & CHILD PARKING

• There are a number of parent and child parking spaces opposite the lifts in the car park on level 2.
