Yes, we have 2 fully accessible unisex toilets in our new Customer Toilet complex near the Spring Street Entrance (next to BHS).

How do I know if a shop is open on Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday?
If you go to the store directory you will find specific shops say if they are not open on these days. You can ring the store direct as well.

Where is the Customer Information Desk?
We are awaiting the arrival of this new initiative, but in the meantime, please ask any member of the Customer Service Security team, on patrol on the malls, who will be happy to assist.

Do you have a wheelchair loan scheme?
Yes, we can offer manual wheelchairs on free loan to customers for use in the malls and the pedestrianied shopping precinct. Proof of identity is required. For assistance, please use the wall mounted telephone handset by the lifts at mall level which is directly connected to the Centre's Security Control Room. A member of our Customer Service Security team will be sent to meet you.

Where is the nearest cash machine?
There is one in Marks & Spencer on the ground floor by the Food Hall tills. The other nearest ones are in Commercial Road by the banks.

What times is the Cascades multi-storey car park open?
The Cascades car park opens at 8am Monday to Saturday and at 10am on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday. It closes at 6.30pm Monday to Saturday and 5pm on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, which is half an hour after the Centre closes.
