Baby Changing Facilities

Our 'LOO of the Year' 5 Star Award winning Customer Toilet Complex (opposite Fabric Land) offers a multi-use baby changing room anda  separate baby feeding room with en-suite parent and child toilet facilities.  In addition, there is a mother and child toilet cubicle in the ladies toilet complex. Additional baby change facilities are available in Marks & Spencer.

If you have children its very likely you have experienced that dreaded moment when you turn around and your child is out of sight… the Child Safe Zone scheme can help.

Cascades Shopping Centre provides a Child Safe Zone scheme for customers shopping in the malls or in Commercial Road Shopping Precinct.  The scheme is free to use.  On arrival either stop a  Cascades team member or use the customer service phone by the lifts.  Your request for a wrist band will be attended to by a member of the Customer Service Team.  A unique identifier - your mobile phone number - is added to the colourful wrist band on issue.  This simple, effective service works for everyone and is free.  If you become separated from your child in the Centre, simply ring 08444 48 15 07 which will go straight through to the Centre's Security Control Room.  This number is also clearly displayed on the Child Safe Zones stickers or posters around the mall.  The security team will immediately action their search procedure.

Disabled Toilets

There are two disabled toilets within the Customer Toilet Complex.  The Centre's toilet facilities have won 'Loo of the Year' Awards 5 star status for the last 5 years. 

Free Loan Wheelchair Service

We are pleased to offer a ‘free loan wheelchair’ service. Simply stop one of our patrolling staff or use the telephone by the lifts on the ground floor which will come straight through to the Customer Service Team. Proof of identity is required.
