Cascades Shopping Centre is situated in the commercial heart of the historic and bustling city of Portsmouth next to the Solent on the South Coast of England. The fully enclosed malls offer a weather protected shopping experience with high street retail names such as JJB, Marks & Spencer, H&M, Bhs, T K Maxx, Next, The Fragrance Shop, Primark and Woolworths. Car parking is so easy with the Centre's own multi-storey car park connecting straight into the malls by lifts and stairs.
The shopping centre is open every day except Christmas Day and Easter Sunday from 9am Mondays to Saturdays and from 10.30am on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays. The Cascades car park opens fifteen minutes before the shops and parking is from .50p for half an hour. Parking is pay on foot on exit so you pay for parking time at the end of your visit. We now offer parent & child parking spaces and have a number of additional spaces under the glass atrium roof. Further customer improvements are planned - your comments are always welcome.

The Centre offers customer toilet facilities that include male and female, baby changing rooms, discrete baby feeding area, parent and child cubicles, disabled facilities, essential vending supplies and a weight monitor. These are situated by the entrance to Spring Street Mall.
A free loan manual wheelchair facility is available by contacting the Customer Service Team either in advance of your visit or when on site. The Customer Service telephone is next to the lifts - or ask a member of the team on the mall.
