Four lucky Portsmouth shoppers have won hundreds of pounds worth of Cascades Shopping Centre gift cards after entering a competition to celebrate the launch of the gift cards in Portsmouth’s Flagship magazine.

The first entry drawn at random was Lindsay Cook, from Northend, who won a gift card worth £500. The second entry, Sarah Milner, from Copnor, won £200 worth, the third, Hazel Farndell, from Paulsgrove, won £150 worth, and the fourth, Holly Foxwell, from Fratton, won £100 worth.

Says Lindsey, “My husband saw the competition first and I entered it but you never think you are going to be the one to win. My two daughters, aged 10 and 7, have already decided what they would like to buy with it!”

Sarah Milner was thrilled to win as she has several big occasions coming up, including a wedding anniversary and her granddaughter’s christening.

Hazel Farndell says, “This prize has come at such a good time. My daughter turns 21 this year and I’ll be sharing it with her.”

The win is also good timing for Holly Foxwell as she is getting married next year.
