Eight-year-old Bradley Cummings will be treating himself and family and friends to lots of delicious chocolate after winning the Easter Egg Hunt at Cascades Shopping Centre!
Bradley won a bumper prize of 250 Cadbury Creme Eggs after he cleverly found 10 special competition Easter Eggs displayed in shop windows around Cascades before the end of the school Easter holidays.
Bradley is pictured here being presented with his big box of Easter eggs by Cascades Centre Director, Rhoda Joseph.
Three other talented youngsters have each bagged a delicious Thorntons ‘Winner’ Easter Egg after winning the prize colouring competition that was run throughout the Easter holidays at the Centre:
5 & under age category winner – Pippa Janes, from Southsea.
6-8 age category winner – George Mountfield (8), from Portsmouth, whose school, Isambard Brunel Junior School, entered lots of children into the competition.
9-11 age category winner – Oscar Cherry (11), from Portsmouth, who goes to Milton Cross School.
Rhoda Joseph, Centre Director, said, “These were such fun competitions to run and we had an enormous number of entries for both of them. The new shops we have in the Centre had an opportunity to be shown to our shoppers as they took part in the hunt trail. Imagine going back to school and saying you have 250 Cadburys Creme Eggs at home! The Thorntons eggs were absolutely stunning as prizes too!”
